Pacal Lord Pacal is depicted on his famous sarcophagus lid as poised between the Underworld and the galactic heights. Pacal Votan, the eleventh in the lineage of the kings of Palenque—Nah Chan, or “House of the Serpent”—reigned for precisely 52 years, from 631 to 683.
The subterranean chamber built within the Pyramid of the Inscriptions is complete with a speaking tube that winds in a serpentine manner down the stairs from the temple floor above to Pacal’s tomb.
The knowledge contained in Nah Chan was stored and then transcribed by Jose Arguelles/Valum Votan as the Telektonon prophecy through the Earth Spirit Speaking Tube.
Telektonon refers to a specific type of coded text left by one intelligence for another to discover at a distant time and an appropriate moment.
The prophecy and spiritual legacy of Pacal Votan was to leave the teachings of UR, Law of Time, and Cosmic History in a series of time-released mind terma.
The overarching theme of this legacy points to the need for the mind to elevate into ever higher synthesized fields of awareness. It must reach a point where it experiences itself as is, free from any concepts or reference points.
At this higher vantage point, the synchronic matrix can be viewed where all teachings are seen as manifestations of the One reflex.
This reflex appears in different forms or bodies at specific points in time in various cultural manifestations that color and shape the particular style and content of communication.

The Telektonon prophecy brings us to the subject of terma, or hidden treasure, in the Tibetan tradition.
Terma represents a tradition of continuous revelation in the Vajrayana sector of Tibetan Buddhism. And more specifically credited to the eighth-century Vajrayana masters Padmasambhava and his consort Yeshe Tsogyal.
Terma was originally esoterically hidden to be discovered at auspicious times by treasure revealers known as tertöns.
Through the Law of Time and the 13 Moon/28-day calendar, the Telektonon prophecy universalizes the principle of terma (hidden knowledge) and the Galactic Mayan knowledge base destroyed during the conquest.
The Telektonon Prophecy of Pacal Votan is a terma that unfolded in five stages, with many sub-stages in between.

Stage 1: Telektonon Prophecy of Pacal Votan
Telektonon refers to the earth spirit speaking tube discovered in Pacal’s tomb. It makes the distinction between the 12:60 and 13:20 frequencies. The essence of the message was: human civilization is living in artificial time that is destroying the biosphere.
To reverse this situation requires a collective return to natural time. This prophecy spawned the 13 Moon Calendar Change Peace Movement and educated humanity on the effects of timekeeping (calendars and clocks) on consciousness. This prophecy revealed the synchronic order.
Though there were many levels to this stage of prophecy, the key message was: By living in artificial time, humanity is deviating from nature. Unless humanity returns to living in the cycles of nature, it will destroy itself and the biosphere.
This Telektonon terma was triggered by a small book, From Distant Tulan, that activated Jose Arguelles/Valum Votan.
The book describes a shipwreck (Timeship) type that occurs on this planet. The crew members are the archetypal figures in the History of the Earth, including Buddha, Christ and Muhammad, Homer, and Quetzalcoatl. It also refers that the origin of this ship is Tollan in the constellation of the serpent.
Stage 2: 20 Tablets of the Law of Time
The second phase of the Telektonon prophecy was the 20 Tablets of the Law of Time. These are the operating codes of conduct and navigation of Timeship Earth.
The 20 tablets demonstrate how the 64 UR runes and codons code the psi bank of the noosphere. Sixty-four DNA codons code all living matter. Each codon has a six-part binary structure identical to that of the sixty-four hexagrams of the I Ching.
The crux of the daily practice is called cubing the codon. The point is to telepathically reharmonize the DNA adversely affected by the 12:60 timing frequency.
The Twenty Tablets also contain much synchronic information for experiencing what is referred to as fractal time compression, the expanded mental ability to engage in different planes or levels of time simultaneously.
This discovery coincided with a solar flare in 1997. Since 1986, Jose perceived sunspots as information carriers from different star systems and other dimensions to planet Earth. And their processes are cyclic.
From early on, he intuited that Mayan time science had everything to do with understanding the Sun as the coordinating consciousness and mind of the solar system. All the Mayan time science knowledge was based on understanding the pulsations and frequency of information derived from the solar sunspot cycles.
He felt this knowledge could only be realized from the inside through resonant attunement. He perceived that the sunspot cycles transmit different information beams through peak solar activity, sending solar information to Earth. When the energy beam changes its frequency, the filter (Sun) changes accordingly. Different ages represented different stages of the beam. This also corresponds to how terma is time released at specific times.
He also saw the devastating effects the information of this frequency imposed on a civilization that was disregarding natural order. At the same time, he witnessed from a higher-dimensional standpoint that the solar activation on this planet had never been greater.
He understood that the electromagnetic field is a function of and controlled by the solar sunspot cycles. He likened the sunspot cycles to solar initiations that affect the electromagnetic field, creating different mental quickening or shifts in consciousness. This process, he perceived, accounts for shifts in time, thinking, and beliefs throughout History.
So when the 20 tablets entered his consciousness, he was deeply focused on these solar sunspots. He described a process of “reading from the astral realms, and then transcribing what would be known as the 20 Tablets of the Law of Time.
Stage 3: 7:7:7:7 Revelation
The third stage of the Telektonon prophecy is the 7:7:7::7, which brings in the concept of fractal time compression.
This practice is called the 7:7::7:7 Telektonon Revelation – Radial Matrix-Plasma Universe Model, or the Nying-thig Terma of Mayan Galactic Time.
Both the 20 Tablets and 7:7::7:7 deal with fractal time compression.
Fractal time compression permits vast time cycles to be experienced within a single moment. These were understood as preliminary practices for time travel.
7:7::7:7 Telektonon Revelation introduces the seven radial plasmas, the plasma universe model, and the daily practice of building a time molecule placed in the Earth’s center each week. So that by the end of each 28-day cycle, a master time molecule is telepathically extended to the center of the Earth.
In this way, the telepathic mind is engaged with the phenomenal reality represented by the plasmas, and the rainbow brain of the noosphere is activated.
This practice may give glimpses of the method of concealing mind terma within the Earth. By focusing and directing our minds, we can deposit information into the center of the Earth so that it becomes more readily available for others to access.
Stage 4: Cosmic History/Terma of Red Queen
Cosmic History is a continuation of the Law of Time, which traces our present civilization back to the “theft in time,” an interplanetary event.
This “theft of time” also accounts for the active suppression of knowledge throughout human History and why knowledge has been destroyed or hidden.
The initial vision that began the transmissions came through the vision of the final days on Maldek, its destruction, and how a similar enactment could be repeated on Earth. Because of this potential replay, the Cosmic History channel opened.
Cosmic History is the sum of the codes of human knowledge in conformity with the Galactic Mayan Mind Transmission on comprehending the moral, imaginal, and phenomenal universes as a whole.
The Terma of the Red Queen is a visionary transmission of images Valum Votan received in tandem with the original cosmic history transmission downloads. The Terma is displayed in codex form, depicting the soul’s passage through different world systems and interplanetary histories.
Red Queen is an impersonal feminine archetypal force; it is a multidimensional archetype; it signifies the redemption of the lost or forgotten worlds, the return to divine imagination, and the liberation of the soul so that a new story may emerge.
Stage 5: Synchronotron/Holomind Perceiver
The Synchronotron is the master template of all of the previous teachings. It is an advanced practice of the synchronic order and refers to the 441 cube matrix system practice.
The holomind perceiver is its operative factor. The holomind refers to the field of perception informed by and inseparable from the telepathic grids and the synchronic order.
The Holomind Perceiver can be thought of as our evolving extra-sensory organ. It is also the hidden seventh mental sphere. It can also be considered a nano chip based on the fractal of universal time.
